**Q: Is this made with zinc alloy or really stainless steel?**
A: I don’t know, but it holds very well

**Q: Is this a good press for only doing one small clove at a time?**
A: Yes. Can usually fit one or 2 cloves at a time depending on how big the clove is.  Easy clean up.

**Q: What is this made of ?**
A: I think its steel coated with Chrome..... Its very good quality.... The best garlic press I’ve ever used..... I bought one for my girlfriend and for my boat.... get it you wont be let down

A: Not sure where it is manufactured but I bought 3 of these and they are excellent quality

    Not perfect but good enough

This is my first garlic press so obviously my garlic game is going a lot better than it was before I bought this press. It's definitely sturdy for the price (though I haven't had it for too long) but there are some usability issues. Mainly that the area to put the garlic clove in is quite small. You can cram it in there but a big clove will have to be cut in half. Another issue is the long strands of garlic pulp that get through between the wall of the chamber and the press itself. I usually just toss these in the cooking because I'm lazy but it's definitely not minced enough. The last issue is that a good amount of the garlic also gets stuck in the holes. I don't mind scraping off the garlic after pushing the press but so much of it stays on.It seems kind of asinine to point out flaws of an $8 product that saves me a lot of time but hey, I needed to say it!

This garlic presser works as advertised. It is hefty, and I cannot imagine it breaking. It is of a very good quality. The pressing head of the mechanism, presses through the receiving head so that the garlic completely crushes and pushes through. It also makes it easy to clean as there is almost no garlic in the receiving head. The skin of the garlic is all that is left in the machine. This is easily removed by hand. Works like a champ and my wife who used it thinks I am a genius for buying it.
