**Q: How much RAM do i need to make this functional?**
A: Roblox has a minimum required RAM of 1gb. I recommend at least 4GBs of RAM so you computer has enough RAM to run Roblox Studio along with a browser and what ever else your computer needs to run at the same time.

Roblox studio only works on Windows or Mac computers. At the time of this answer, Roblox has not released versions for Linux, Chromebooks, or other mobile OSes.

Roblox is the most popular game for my 11 year old son and his friends. It's games within games. He was excited about the idea of learning how to create something in roblox that others might use. While he doesn't quite get there with this, he does learn a lot, stays engaged, and doesn't have to be badgered to work on it.

This looked like a fun and educational idea, especially for kids who are already interested in Roblox and want to learn more about the coding side of things. The software itself was okay and seemed like a solid concept for combining gaming interest with learning. That said, it did not end up getting used very much in my case. I do think the value here will depend a lot on how motivated the child is to stick with it and how interested they are in the learning side, not just the Roblox connection. Overall, it seems like a decent product, but it will probably be a better fit for kids who are genuinely excited to spend time learning the material.
