**Q: Can I use this for handstand training?**
A: Yes you can sturdy and durable!!

**Q: Does these stay well on hardwood floor?**
A: I have found they can slip on a bare concrete floor, so I would say they might slip on a hardwood floor as well.
That's really the only problem I have found with them, though. I put down a cheap area rug and solved the issue easily.

**Q: I’m looking for a better alternative to palms on the floor when I do mountain climbers (alternate knees to chest & repeat). Will these do the trick?**
