Surefire replacement bulb
Works well. Bright. Cool. Good battery life.

For me no better buy on Amazon.
I received my Surefire as a gift over 10 years ago and was never impressed with the incandescent bulb brightness. This led unit with the big spring removed fit perfect and is super bright. Less than a minute and the Surefire has new life. I read some reviews that said it was not any brighter than the incandescent bulb to which I say you have some other issue. Best $10 I have ever spent on Amazon.

Fits Some, But Not All
Read the instructions! It clearly states to remove the large spring. I did this and it fit my Nylon G2 just fine and was noticeably brighter than the stock incandescent bulb. However, I tried the same with my Z6 and the bezel would not screw down all the way. There is a noticeable gap of about 2mm. It still work, though. I'm not worried about it being waterproof since it is my nightstand light.

Not a P60
As a few others said it's too big to even fit in the housing. The oem one drops in and turns on w/o screwing the cap on. both with and w/o spring was same non working result.

Good replacement but not as bright as OEM
I’ve had my Surefire flashlight for over 20 years and the original bulb finally quit. I bought it during my law enforcement days and carried it on my duty belt as my tactical flashlight since it was incredibly bright. The Ultra Bright XM-L2 LED bulb puts out a good beam but is nowhere near as bright as the xenon bulb that came with the flashlight. That’s OK since I’ve retired and just use the flashlight around the house. It is an acceptable replacement at a fraction of the cost of the xenon bulb.
