Building it was fast and instructions were simple. I prefer to use bumper plates because when I run with the metal plates, they clank a lot. The harness isn't great but it's better than nothing. As another review said, buy a better harness. Size is perfect and went together very easily. Got a chance to first use it about two weeks after I received it. Anxiously put it down, got behind it and.... unfortunately, it has a major design flaw. The cross pieces that hold the weights are welded only slightly higher than the sled rails themselves. The sled can be pulled, but is nearly IMPOSSIBLE TO PUSH. If you were running on perfectly level turf or on concrete/blacktop it might work. I really don't want to use it in the parking lot, destroying the rails and I imagine small stones could hook it up too. As soon as you try to push it on the lawn, even with no weight, the cross pieces immediately catch the grass and the sled won't budge.
