This should be a five-star review-- the unit did an amazing job at stripping paint and cleaning up stuff that had never been washed.But my first unit died after about 2 hours of use. I returned it for a replacement, that worked fine, then the second day I went to use it, it died immediately.I followed every direction exactly, both time, and I verified that the outlet was working, and that the integrated circuit breaker wasn't tripped.It's a shame, because while it was working, it was great. But it's just too expensive to be considered a single-use item, particularly when you're afraid to turn it off to move it.

Worked perfectly and got the back patio all cleaned but.... went to do the front driveway next day and it died after 20 min and won’t come on and operate now. It just turned Off and that was it. Got a replacement coming so we see what happens. May change my review after the 2nd one shows up and works maybe

After one year the connection of the wand to the washer broke. There is no customer support number anywhere and no one even sells a new wand. Once again, people seem to be building things that are basically sound, but then cheap out on the little plastic parts that are more prone to fail.

Easy to use, enough power for tough jobs, I am happy with my purchase! I’ve used this 3 separate times over the last 4 months and had no problems.

This power washer was a major disappointment. My husband used it twice. The trigger wouldn’t turn off when released. We tried to reach the manufacturer to no avail. Amazon refunded $40 less than what we paid because we purchased it in October 2019 which was a disappointment. We would strongly advise anyone not to do business with this manufacturer.

Assembled in minutes - attached garden hose - plugged into home 110v outlet - started cleaning terrace - was working great - then smelled burning plastic - it shut off - cant get it to start again.Issues I guess. Returning - will try another brand.

The pressure washer no longer works after about 4 uses. The hose builds up pressure but I can’t compress the handle to spray. Troubleshooting from the manual has not helped.

Garbage. Broke after just a few uses
