Easy to install, extremely sturdy, I installed a very large and heavy butcher block on them. It is probably 6x2. I only used two of these and it holds it sturdy. I also can sit on top of it and it doesn't give or feel wobbly/iffy at all. I used them to build a golf club work bench. When they are locked they are extremely sturdy and they feel really high quality with a lot of hefty to them. The length is great and they're able to hold my bench without the rails sticking out from underneath.
