It was really getting used and abused in our jobsite so it's possible something came loose. I reached out to Alorair customer support and we had attentive and forthcoming customer support immediately. They covered everything under warranty and the machine was back in action a week or so later. They are fantastic company that stands behind their products and for that I am grateful. There's plenty of scrubbers out there (we own 2 others) but we'll be using Alorair going forward based on how helpful they were with our issue. Great machine, great CS, five stars in my book.

Fantastic air scrubber and EXCEPTIONAL customer support. We bought this unit to help keep the dust down during our full house gut and remodel. It performed wonderfully but had a little issue with the switch after a few months. It was really getting used and abused in our jobsite so it's possible something came loose. I reached out to Alorair customer support and we had attentive and forthcoming customer support immediately. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did a great job cleaning the air

We had a mold abatement project in one room in our office. We put 2 of these in and they definitely cleaned the air. We are having carpet installed and I know these will work great keeping the glue smell down. They are a little bit noisy but worth the noise to know the air will be cleaned.
