Excellent Space-Saving Solution for Home Organization
The Amazon Basics Vacuum Storage Bags, Compression Space Saving for Clothes and Linens (Large, 5-Pack with Hand Pump) are a practical and affordable solution for anyone looking to maximize storage space. These bags are especially useful for seasonal clothing, blankets, bedding, towels, and other bulky items that take up too much closet or storage space. The compression feature works very well, significantly reducing the volume of stored items and making it easier to organize closets, drawers, and luggage. The included hand pump is convenient for travel or situations where a vacuum cleaner is not available, although it does take a little extra effort compared with using an electric vacuum. The clear design is a great feature because it allows you to quickly see what is stored inside without opening multiple bags. The material feels durable, and the reusable design makes these bags a better long-term storage option compared with disposable alternatives. The large size provides plenty of room for thick sweaters, comforters, and other oversized items. One minor drawback is that the hand pump can be time-consuming for larger bags, and overfilling the bags may prevent them from sealing properly. Careful packing and leaving enough space around the zipper help ensure the best results.Overall, the Amazon Basics Vacuum Storage Bags 5-Pack are a reliable and convenient way to save space and keep belongings organized. With their strong compression, reusable design, and included hand pump, they are an excellent value for home organization, moving, and travel needs.

Worth it!
Works as expected, they hold up like other brands. I haven't had any issues with them leaking or anything. There pretty durable, and fit a lot of things. Def use a different vacuum/ pump, but there great

The best bang for your buck
Super easy to use and works amazingly well! I’m currently using them for storing bulky stuffed animals and it works amazingly at removing all the air in the bag. Super easy to use with an any vacuum cleaner to get majority of the air out and then you can use the provided hand pump to remove the rest. I love all the sizes it allowed me to pick the best size for what I was storing. The thick plastic makes the bags super sturdy without being too bulky to store empty. Over all super easy to use, it gets the job done without braking the bank.

Vacuum seal bags
Bags work good. I will say I had two bags get air back in them and I had to redo them. They seem to be fine now though, so I would make sure you seal them very good. I also just used a vacuum cleaner instead of the pump provided and that worked great!

Great Price! X-Jumbo Bags for Queen Comforters
I got the X-Jumbo size to put my down feather comforter away for the summer as well as my daughter's chunky comforter. Both queen size comforters and they fit perfectly! (They could work for a King size, but I don't have any that size.) Folded and placed each one in its own bag, made sure it was as flat as possible, zipped the top of the bag up with the little zipper clip/tool and vacuumed the air out. They came with a hand pump, but I used my vacuum cleaner instead. Super easy and convenient to store in a closet, under the bed, or in any tight spaces. I could even use the other two that came in the pack for traveling to put all my clothes in the suitcase. Once all the air is out, the bags are quite stiff, so they just stand in the back of my closet against the wall. The bags seem like they have a good seal, no air has leaked in so far, and I was not being very gentle putting them behind my clothes and such in my closet against the wall. The cap for the suction hole is secured. This should keep the comforters clean and fresh for when we need them next. Highly recommend! They are excellent for storing chunkier clothing/bedding items in tight spaces. This was a great price point for such big bags too!

I also like that they are sturdy and convenient for storing clothes, blankets, and other items. Overall, a great product for the price. I would definitely recommend them!

True Comparison of 4 Brands
I bought these plus 3 other brands to see which ones worked best for storing a literal mountain of bedding. I tried Amazon Basics, Vacwell, Accenter, and the actual Space Saver bags. Here's how it went:AMAZON BASICS: bags are good size, but that's where the pros stop. First it's really annoying that they fold the bags with the size indicator on the innermost surface. Since they're all folded into small squares, this means you have to completely unfold the bags to see their size. The slides to close the zipper don't grip well, leave air gaps in the zipper, and constantly fall off because the stop at each end is too flat and doesn't work. Caps are hard to put back on, threading crooked on most attempts, especially if the valve ring sinks in when the bag seals; when they do go on wrong they push on the foam gasket and let air back in. WORST CON: out of 12 bags, used correctly, sealed completely, and not overfilled, all but 2 puffed back up at least partially overnight, and several reinflated entirely within an hour. I could not find any holes, cuts, or damage; they just don't stay airtight. BOTTOM LINE: good size, thick plastic, but doesn't matter if it can't hold a seal.GENERAL COMPARISON: All 4 brands had some static, like most plastic or vinyl bags. The sliding clips need improvement on all 4 brands, and I got a better result just closing the zippers with my fingers like a big Ziploc bag. The sizes were good on all 4 brands, and I have king size down comforters sealed in jumbo bags from all but the Amazon brand, because it kept reinflating. I had to take that one out and put it in a Vacwell I had left over. I used my vacuum, so did not try out the pumps from any of the brands. They all look like basic, cheap plastic pumps that would do for travel. With the Amazon bags you'll need it, because you'll be constantly pulling air back out of your bags.SPACE SAVER: Of the 4 brands I tried, the Space Savers were the only ones that had zero air leaks two days later. GUARANTEE: Space Saver also claims to offer a lifetime guarantee, stating that if any bag reinflates or doesn't keep its seal, they replace it for free on their website. I don't know if they really honor that, but they are the only ones to even offer it that I saw. If it's legit, that alone is probably worth what I paid for the brand. The caps on the Space Savers go on very easily; you can literally drop it onto the threads, give it a spin, and it basically closes itself. This is because the caps are small and only cover the center part of the sealing ring; two of the other brands have caps that have to go over the entire sealing ring so they have to line up just right, which can be tricky once the bag is wrinkly from being vacuum sealed (see pics). The Space Saver clips work okay and stay on a little better, but still go past the stops way too easy and fall off. Again, I found ordinary fingers to be more effective, and I can actually feel if there are any open places.BOTTOM LINE: If you aren't looking for long term storage or lots of re-uses, the Vacwell and Accenter brands (also on Amazon) were average performers and a little cheaper, so they'll probably work for travel or temporary jobs. If you're looking to store linens or clothing for whole seasons or years, or use them for sheets and will be opening and resealing them often, my money is (literally) on Space Saver because of their tight seal, easy-close caps, and reinflation guarantee.I wish I'd done this sooner and can't express how awesome vacuum bags are to overhaul crowded closets, maximize tight spaces, and bring order to chaos. Sadly I can't recommend the Amazon Basics at all since they just can't seem to keep the air out.Pictured is 19 (you read that right, go ahead and count them!) complete queen size sheet sets with their pillowcases (bag size SMALL), 9 king size duvet cover sets with their shams (also fit in the SMALL) and 6 sets of extra pillowcases (all in one small). These were crammed into any available spot in 3 bedrooms and my laundry room, and now fit in one tiny hall closet with enough wiggle room to make it easy getting them in and out. I used the medium and large bags for winter blankets, and the jumbo for my massive comforters. These things are truly game changing, especially if you're short on storage space.*I bought these items with my own money, no discounts, and my review is honest and unsolicited.

Pump is trash
The pump is absolute trash. Did not work at all. I had to lay my body down on the bag to press out as much air as possible and the zipper press popped off I had to put it back on, then zip it. I bought jumbo and fit 3 Queen size comforters in there. The bags themselves feel pretty strong.

Excellent. Would buy again in different sizes for different uses!
These are excellent for space saving. They do the job, great quality and hold a great deal!String and easy to use. It does come with a hand pump, however that’s not great to use - much better to use an actual vacuum to get the proper suction and avoid leakage. It also comes with a little clip to help seal the bag before suctioning with a vacuum. I bought the jumbo size and they’re very roomy. Easily fits a superking duvet with pillows.

Good size for clothes, but medium may be too small for bulky blankets
I got the medium-size vacuum compression bags and so far I'm happy with them. They have plenty of space for packing a good amount of clothes, and the compression makes them much easier to store without taking up as much room. The included pump is a nice addition and is very easy to use. I didn't have any trouble getting the air out of the bags, and having the pump included means you don't need to buy anything separately. One thing to keep in mind is the size. The medium bags are great for clothes, but if you're specifically looking to compress a large or bulky blanket, I'd probably recommend going with a larger size. The main thing I'm still testing is how well they maintain the vacuum over time. They compress well initially, but I'll need to see whether they stay sealed and compressed after being stored for a while.Overall, these seem like a convenient option for organizing and saving space, especially for clothes and other smaller items.

Ottimo acquisto.
