Review: Beautiful layered butterflies! Worth it! - I absolutely love this punch!!!! It's easy to use and isn't too stiff to push down. The butterflies are so cute and I love layering them with different papers. It works well with cardstock and The third butterfly doesn't like to cut all the way through on the smaller bits sometimes, but it's not that big of a deal as it still looks cute. The punch itself is heavy compared to other punches in my collection but it feels sturdy and Not cheaply made. I also love the locking-closed feature so you can store the punch easier. ## Features - Country Of Origin : United States - Product Width: 5.3" - Product Height : 7.72 Inches - Product Length : 2.42 Inches ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00DN66836 | | Best Sellers Rank | #336,317 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #1,576 in Paper Punches | | Brand | EK Tools | | Brand Name | EK Tools | | Color | Multi-colour | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,269 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00015586966763 | | Hole Count | 1 | | Included Components | Paper Punch | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 2.52"L x 5.3"W x 7.72"H | | Item Type Name | ek tools PSN LYR punch BUTTERFLIES 54-90020 | | Item Weight | 0.51 kg | | Manufacturer | EK Tools | | Material | Metal | | Material Type | Metal | | Model | 54-90020 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Part Number | 54-90020 | | Product Dimensions | 2.52"L x 5.3"W x 7.72"H | | UPC | 015586966763 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Not applicable. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** EK Tools - **Color:** Multi-colour - **Item Weight:** 0.51 Kilograms - **Material:** Metal - **Product Dimensions:** 2.52"L x 5.3"W x 7.72"H ## Images ![EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81KvxOQ7DnL.jpg) ![EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81eommsUfiL.jpg) ![EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71i7UFaxQgL.jpg) ![EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61RlziSZLQL.jpg) ![EK Tools Layering Paper Punch, Butterfly, New Package - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71zHjU+W8LL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this punch heavier in weight than a regular EK punch with only one option instead of 3?** A: This is my first EK punch so I'm not sure. I did not fine it hard to punch if that helps. **Q: Warranty for this item** A: Go to the item page scroll down It says Manufacturer’s warranty can be requested from customer service. Click here to make a request to customer service This link MAY or may NOT work https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=help_search_1-1?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201596310 **Q: Would this work on tissue paper?** A: I think tissue paper is too delicate. This paper punch is really hard to use. You have to put too much pressure to make it work so I think it would rip it. **Q: Why are batteries required if it’s a manual punch?** A: I purchased this punch a couple of years ago and no batteries are required. It is completely manual but has about 3 stages (you can punch more out of the butterfly by clicking a switch) but it is still completely manual - no batteries. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Butterfly punch *by K***Y on June 14, 2026* Cute butterfly punch.
