I give this to my daughter before bed to reduce swelling in her brain that causes anxiety. She actually had no idea why I was giving it to her other than for medicine, but this is her report of what it does. I open a capsule, mix it into yoghurt, & add black pepper for better absorption. She says it's delicious, even tho she generally doesn't like black pepper.
