Is the spray supposed to come sealed?

Hello KH and thank you for your interest in the "Addidas Dynamic Pulse 24 Hours Fresh Boost Deo Body Spray," the unit is not sealed but when I ship this item by USPS, they require that the product be wrapped in an absorbent material, put in a poly bag, then put in one box and then put in a second box to be shipped out. This item can only be shipped Ground because it is an aerosol spray.
