Follow directions exactly do not expect to fill giant deep holes at one time it works well if done perfectly I wish I could buy more

I bought this as a substitute for a product recently discontinued by DAP. It is disappointing.
Flexall, by DAP, had a cement and latex base and was far and away the best exterior wood and plaster filler I've found. Noting that the current product, by the same manufacturer, also contains cement, I hoped it would be a good substitute. It turned out to be too saggy and gooey. It would eventually set up hard, after oozing out of wherever I applied it by force of gravity, whereas Flexall simply shrank down tight, requiring two applications in many instances, but it produced an incredibly strong bond. The worst thing about this stuff: I just opened the Presto Patch tonight after last using it a month ago. The top was completely covered with hideous black mold or mildew, and I had to throw out about half a pound of it. Why did DAP execute Flexall, the strongest and most dependable product of its sort, only to replace it with this highly regrettable goo? Feh. I do not like to purchase products that decay!!! This stuff is gross.
