Mach3 Sensitive Disposables 3 Count

Having tried single, double, triple, quadruple, quintuple blades with or without vibrating features, I can say emphatically that 3 blades in a disposable format is the best shave for me. I have a tough beard and a finicky face (susceptible to cuts and burns). This brand and style lasts long, shaves close and doesn't require batteries, cords or whatnot.

Provides a really nice shave and lasts a while. However, the blade has extreme movement - and maybe it's just a thing to get used to - but would say I could do without such movement for it makes shaving the common parts of the face seem awkward. Would recommend overall though.

I order these razors instead of purchasing at Walmart. Razors are ridiculously priced no matter where you go to buy them. Apparently the machines that make the product must cost a fortune to maintain, because I've always believed companies that make razors are gouging people on the price. Well, you have to shave, and these Gillette Mach 3 sensitive give a smooth close shave without irritating the skin. I have used them for years. I'm able to get about a week of shaving from just one razor.

I have nothing bad to say about the blade itself, but the pivot head rotates up to 45 degrees and is flimsy. This means that the shaving head can rotate up to 45 degrees due to the pressure of shaving before there's enough pressure against your face (so the handle is pointed directly away from your face as you are shaving). Even a non-pivoting head would better than this design because you can control the angle better. Plus, even though the blade itself is ok, there are better new designs on the market for the price. I almost gave this razor three stars, but could not in good conscience.

The blades work as I thought. I use shaving oil instead of foam. The oil gives you a better shave & the blades last longer. I will certainly order again.

I don't know why razors are so expensive, they really got us by the shorthairs. These are pretty good disposables. I could never get an electric razor to eliminate 5:00 shadow, so I'm stuck buying these things.

Tried one of these in a gym in vegas, clean smooth shave, now buying more for my other travels. Perhaps other disposables might be smaller, but that'd matter only for the most minimalist camping trip.

...as I mentioned in my review of Bic Flex 4 - 1 Pack , I really do love using those Bics. However, when I was recently in need of some new razors, and I found myself in that gigantic membership-warehouse type store that rhymes with Lostco, I picked up a behemoth, Moby Dick sized pack of these razors. I had used them before and I knew they were a quality razor at a great price. So, I now have enough of these razors to last me until sometime in the middle of 2013. Kidding aside, these are a great, comfortable razor. Not too small, nor are they insanely too big. Six blades? Seriously, who needs six blades? These are just right. Glide well, provide a close, irritation-free shave, all for a fraction of the cost of Gillette's higher end razors. These are also not just limited for out-of-home use (such as the gym). Though I have a few in my gym bag shaving kit, I also use these at home routinely. Point being - all around a terrific little razor. Recommended.
