It's not super high quality but it's the right stuff to get you started and the items definitely get the job done. The funnel is very handy and I tend to use it a lot for other food uses. My only complaint is that the image on the box implies that the jar-grabbing tongs (the item just to the upper left of the funnel in desertcart's product image) are rounded, to make it easier to grab the jars from the hot water bath. (desertcart's product image shows that tongs have straight, parallel grabbers.) You'd assume the packaging would have the correct image, and that's what I was hoping for, but what comes out of the box are straight-edged tongs. They make it a bit tricky to pull jars out of the hot water bath, and when you use them you have to pay close attention. (I let myself get distracted for just a moment and broke a jar lol.)* All around good set of supplies. If you can't sterilize your equipment then you run the risk of contaminating your product. The funnel can also be sterilized. **Q: Does the wide mouth funnel fit in regular sized canning jars?** A: I have used the funnel on many sizes brands. Even the small half pint ball regular jars. Half pint is the smallest I have used, regular mouth. **Q: Does this set contain the exact same Norpro lifter identified as the Norpro 600 lifter?** A: Yes it looks the same as the one in the set box **Q: Is this set dishwasher safe?** A: Yes it is.
