It’s a great quality product, so easy to work with. Make sure you keep the moisture control packs inside, especially if you live in a humid climate-best way to keep them is in an airtight container to be sure the sheets don’t stick together with any moisture.

These gelatin sheets are easy to use and dissolve well after soaking. They worked nicely for desserts and gave a smooth, firm texture without affecting the flavor. The sheets are convenient and easy to portion. Overall, good quality and useful for baking and dessert recipes.

I use these for a very specific icing recipe I make and it is the best icing I’ve ever made. I haven’t been able to find them in a grocery store so I just order them from Amazon. They are a little bit on the expensive side but the pack comes with enough that it lasts me a long time.
