First one arrived with wrinkled in the center. Second one arrived the same. Third one sent from China in hard packaging from China was perfect. Customer service went above and beyond.

Everyone has their own set-up preferences, but for me, these keyboard wrist rests are ideal. I have two of them for my two Mac keyboard stations. A bit expensive, but they do the job, so... ok.

This is a nice firm and comfortable wrist rest. It is very solid and the rubber bottom is impossible to move once placed on a desk. Always staying firmly in place. The quality feels good and it also helps raise the Apple Keyboard to a nice typing position. If I wanted to be picky and find anything wrong with it then I would say that the space to place the keyboard could have higher sides to stop it moving if forced. However, normal or even hard typing does not make the keyboard move.

I love this keyboard stand. It provides and extension to the keyboard and provides some great wrist support. The gel pad is extremely soft and comfortable. I've had this gel pad for about a week and there are no indentations in the gel pad. The keyboard stand does not impair the functionality of the keyboard. It's a great purchase. Update: I’ve had this keyboard holder for about 18 months, no indentation, still looks just the way it did when I purchased it. I’m a full time grad student so I spend exuberant amounts of time at my computer writing papers.

Fits keyboard perfectly and feels good to work with, however regular use and pressure results in permanent divots in the gel. Have used it for ~4 weeks and there are a number about a dozen divots in the wrist pad now which feels weird now. For the $, would have expected it to hold up much better

TL;DR - the denting is real, so don't get this product if that bothers you (it bothers me but I like it enough to try and tolerate it for a bit longer but not enough to not warn potential buyers about this defect) I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with this keyboard pad within a few minutes of unboxing it warranted immediate feedback. I read the other reviews and saw the photos of the dents in the padded area from leaning on it - I can attest to the verity of this weird phenomenon. It leads me to surmise that this isn't actually made of silicone, based on the malleability of the material and it's inability to return to its original shape, but I'm not a chemist so that's just my observation. I rested my elbow on the mat trying to adjust the size of the text on a document on my screen for about 30 seconds, forgetting all about the warnings I read. When I realized what I was doing I looked at the mat and sure enough, there was a dent in it, but some of the squishy pseudo-silicone inside re-formed itself into what can only be described as a "nubbin." I'll tell you right now, 15 hours later, it's still there. I've tried to "massage" it out and re-form it but holy mackerel is it annoying. If you've got any sort of OCD-type neurotic characteristics about you, please take a bit more time to consider this aspect of the product. Overall, I like it. It's non-slip and exactly what I needed at my desk for my specific keyboard - it's perfect for it, actually. There's a little divot at the top to accommodate a charging cable for the keyboard. Save for the ridiculous nubbin bump thing that i can feel AND see, it's a good product. I just don't know if the aggravation of the malleable material and its inability to retain its original shape under minimal pressure vs. the price ($30!) is worth it. I got a matching magic trackpad mat and the same thing happened on that (except it's a dent, not a nubbin). I am bewildered at how quickly this product could become essentially permanently damaged. I know there will be more dents and nubbins to come and I'm not looking forward to that. I hope they change the material in future upgraded versions because it really is a useful product.

I know I originally gave this a good review because it did work nicely for a couple of weeks and my palms felt relieved… However, I felt the stickiness on my desk and I realized the culprit was this defective keyboard pad… So I would not recommend this at all…

Before this my arms used to rub on the edge of the desk and the keyboard would move about. This is much more comfortable that not having one. The keyboard does just sit inside a small ridge but stays there. I have one for my track pad too.

I have added this section to the review after 3 days of use and a photo, the material being loose means that it forms ripples which are uncomfortable. This needs to be resolved. I will attempt to replace this , hopefully I received a bad one and maybe the replacement will be better. I will update the review if that is the case. The material could be tighter and has some slight undulations which I have shown in the video. Apart from that this is way better than destroying my wrists on the hard desk.

In general it's a good product. However the soft edges of the keyboard recess allow the keyboard to slide out of the recess. It's a good fit. Too early to say how long the comfort Gel will say soft.

Seemed good at the beginning, but the gel dries out after a few months and hardens so it's no longer comfortable. Poor quality.
