It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and ready to go, so having a second set makes that much easier. This particular product is just the clear connector. It’s the part that you push the shield and yellow valve thing into. I bought this because I noticed that a lot of the products out here are one piece designs. This seems like it would be difficult to clean and wouldn’t work with my hands free bra. I read a review from someone on the actual breastpump where they said they were getting mold in their tubing. I’m guessing that was from having a little water left in the connector and having it pulled into the tubing. This is another reason I wanted a second set of everything, it’s hard to see if there’s any water left in the tiny hole where the tubing goes, so allowing longer to dry helps me make sure there’s no water left that could mess anything up. Overall, this is a great purchase if you plan on pumping more than once a day.
