Worked great for pool backwash pipe replacement. Time will tell how it holds up to the sun.

A short 10-inch section of cast iron pipe used to vent my toilet rotted away and was spilling waste water, but only if there was a partial or full clog due to excess toilet paper use. I wanted to install clear pipe to confirm complete and free flow. This worked great for my application and I expect this to last another 60 years in my 1966 home.

Fit well with my existing PVC fittings. Not cheap.

Its really hard to find clear pvc pipe. I was plumbing in a new salt machine for my pool and wanted to be able to see if it was working. The salt cell creates bubbles when its working, dissippated by the time the water hits the pool, so I plumbed a section of this pipe right after the salt cell and now can see the bubbles. Awesome!!
