I’ve been using this brand for a few years now and I don’t like missing days so this is perfect for on the go. Review: No taste, texture or difference when mixed in - Picky eater who doesn't like a lot of stuff. I was leery but my doctor said add more protein to my diet and cut calories. Umm a bit tough to do both especially since I don't eat a lot of high protein foods except meat (no milk, cheese, smoothies). I figured I would give this a go and add to my cream of what in the morning or other items like sauces, risotto, potatoes, eggs. I started with this single (sample) and put it in my cream of wheat this morning after cooking it. Surprise surprise no taste. I didn't notice any difference in texture or taste. I didn't add the whole packet to a bowl, instead I poured a large amount into a spoonful and found no difference. It mixed in well and I noticed no difference. I will buy a larger size to add to more foods.

Great product
Been using this product for 8 years. As a weight loss patient I add this to my morning coffee daily. Not chalky or after taste mixes really well in warm or hot liquids water is a problem it’s clumpy. I mix in crystal light as well

One Pack Had No Powder
I like these for on the go! The taste was as expected but one of my packs had no powder in it, just air. Other than that, I was satisfied.
