It’s when you’re standing at the urinal trying to find the hole and realize you’ve lost line of sight on both your nethers AND the notch on your belt. Then you get done and have to strap everything back together like you’re battening down the hatches ona Buick with a ratchet strap. Sucking in, pulling for your life, trying to guess what belt hole you’re gonna be today. The belt is screaming like it’s gonna die. I’m screaming back at it like I’M gonna die. Then I got this belt. No holes. No buckle digging into my fat belly. Just pull it where you want it lick it and stick it. Had lunch? Adjust it. Dad bod expanded into neighboring territory? Adjust it. Should I go up in size or 34 waist is good?** A: We recommend adding two inches to your waist size when selecting the belt size. So, for a 34" waist, the M size (36-40) belt will likely work best. **Q: Which side is the rough part of the velcro on?** A: depending on how to thread the belt, the Velcro can face out or in. It's a personal preference on how you want it. **Q: Does it create static electricity? Is it safe around refuel operations?** A: I work in all types of conditions to include cold dry conditions. I noticed myself getting shocked sometimes at work when touching metal doors etc. I personally have not experienced any static electricity while wearing this belt. **Q: im a 40 waist, what size do I get** A: Large ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From dad body too ... hello hotty *by G***8 on September 21, 2026* ★★★★★ Dad Bod Approved I finally figured out what “over the hill” means. IT DURABLE ADJUSTABLE STAYS CLOSED. GREAT PRICE! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it promises for not much money. *by R***K on April 15, 2018* I bought this to wear under my backpack waist belt, where a belt buckle is inconvenient at best or painful at worst (I wish someone made good hiking pants with a drawstring waist and 36" inseam). I found that it works best under my pack waist belt if I fasten the belt, then slide the overlapped section around to the back where it can lay flat and isn't under the pack buckle. Bonus: since the size is basically infinitely adjustable within its range, it still fits perfectly even after you lose a couple pounds on the trail. The belt is very flexible and lacks stiffness, so you can't hang much more from it than a knife or it will want to roll over. It works well for what it's meant to be, and at this price, how could you go wrong? It is a little trickier to put on than a normal belt w/ buckle, depending on where you fall in the size range. If you need to overlap the entire fastener strip like I do, it won't all fit between belt loops, so you have to fasten about half of it, then slide the belt around and fasten the rest (or you could just fasten it over a belt loop I suppose). I got a medium, and have about a 33" waist. This is perfect, because it means the full 9" of hook and loop overlaps itself, and none of it is exposed. As others have mentioned, it isn't the softest stuff in the world, and I think I would find it annoying if it were exposed and my arm was brushing against it. It would also tend to snag on other Velcro or the sorts of fabric you wouldn't want to come into contact with Velcro (like the mesh bag for my Anker battery pack). So buyer beware, this could probably ruin a nice sweater in a hurry, but on the other hand, why would you be wearing a nice sweater with this belt? Someone mentioned that the belt wanted to pucker a little where the hook and loop was sewn on, mine did that at first but seems to cure itself after some use. ## Frequently Bought Together - Loopbelt Black No-Scratch Web Belt with Rubber Coated Tips and Advanced Hook & Loop Fasteners - TACNEX No-Scratch Nylon Belt 1 3/8" No Metal Buckle Belt w/Hook & Loop Closure TSA Approved for Work Travel Mechanic Driver - TACNEX Mechanic Belt Buckleless No Scratch Genuine Leather Belt 1 3/8" Hook and Loop Technician Movers Work Belt Travel Belt --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/16364789-loopbelt-black-no-scratch-web-belt](https://www.desertcart.in/products/16364789-loopbelt-black-no-scratch-web-belt) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
