I called the company and wanted to speak with a design engineer about how to resolve the issue. I have a solution but they weren't interested. This system will dump all the battery current through the load resistor. Bad design. The load resistor and solenoid get extremely hot. System also monitors the voltage. Should monitor voltage and current being supplied and utilized by the battery bank.
