Retired mechanic review.. I like it .. don't ask to borrow it
Nice wrench fit and finish excellent.. value for the money I'm glad I spent a few extra dollars and got the hard case the wrench protected stored in my toolbox the sliding sleeve to lock the adjustment is a bonus makes it easy to use. The flutes on the handle will make sure it provides a non-slip grip for those oily hands working on the transmission ..I believe this wrench is also a little shorter than the rest of the bunch..I'm a retired mechanic.. I needed an inch pound wrench to do some valve body work on a transmission..

Great torque wrench for my MTB
This works like it should and looks good doing it. It is a quality wrench but being older with waning near sight the graduations printed are hard to read and tiny. I still think it's a great wrench and would buy another if I ever break this one. Have used it quite a bit for over a year and it still does a great job.

A Must Have Product For Any Mechanic
I put off having a torque wrench for so many years. I'm glad I decided to pick this one. I did have some question about the product and the seller was able to promptly assist. At +/- 3% and 90 teeth, It could be better, and the torque setting only works in one direction. For the price, the tool worked well and I was able to make my specific torque adjustments. The each tool comes with a certificate of calibration. If you're not familiar with using a torque wrench, take some time adjusting the settings, but return to its original calibration setting.

For the price of this torque wrench.... I will not complain
I have a number of Torque wrenches.... covering lots of my decades of my motor-vehicle repairs. This is my first 1/4" in. drive one that is measured in in.lbs. I was pleasantly surprised that at this point,,, it has worked correctly for a number of fasteners on my H.D. that have lots of bolts,, that need to be torqued in inch lbs. and not ft. lbs. Being a Harley,,, lol I am sure I will have plenty of opportunities to use this torque wrench on fasteners that require lower settings... I will keep you posted ๐

No regrets
Works as it should. Have been using this for changing engine stud bolts and installation of spark plugs. No issues so far. The wrench swings a little when it reach to desired torque and making a click sound. This is different from my 1/2 inch torque wrench. But this is the how the wrench tell you the set torque has been reached.

Adding the 1/4 inch to the tool box.
I first bought the bigger 3/8 torque wrench to work on suspension and engine parts for my car. It works perfect and looks better than all the other tools for a better price too. Now, I added the 1/4 inch drive to the collection. It works just as great as the bigger one. Very happy to have two good looking and accurate torque wrenches from Bulltools.

Inconsistent Accuracy
PROS: >Decent build quality with smooth handle operation. >Accurate between 40-60 in-lbs. (4.5 โ 6.7 N-m) โ Sweet spot for most bicycle nuts and bolts. >Very distinctive โclickโ sound and feel even at lowest setting of 20 in-lbs. CONS: >Only accurate between 40-60 in-lbs. Outside of that range you're looking at +/- 11% accuracy. >Difficult to read markings on handle. I bought this 1/4 Bulltools torque wrench mainly for bike repair and maintenance at home. Before using it I tested its accuracy with a calibrated digital torque meter (HIOS HP-100). Test range is limited to 90 in-lbs. since that is the max capability of the torque meter. I only tested for clockwise accuracy. Percent Error are as follows based on average reading of five measurements at each settings: 20 in-lbs.: Average reading = 22.24 in-lbs. (Percent Error = 11.2%) 40 in-lbs.: Average reading = 40.36 in-lbs. (Percent Error = 0.9%) - Impressive! 60 in-lbs.: Average reading = 57.48 in-lbs. (Percent Error = 4.2%) 80 in-lbs.: Average reading = 70.86 in-lbs. (Percent Error = 11.4%) 90 in-lbs.: Average reading = 79.33 in-lbs. (Percent Error = 11.9%) I retested at 90 in-lbs. using the weight method and a 13-pound dumbbell. With the drive secured on a bolt via a socket I tried suspending the dumbbell on the handle at different distances from the drive starting at 5โ and going outward to see where it โclicksโ. The wrench breaks/clicks consistently at 6โ distance from center of the drive, which translate to 78 in-lbs. The values on the calibration certificate shows clockwise percent error of less than 1% at three different settings. The percent error I got at five different settings do not seem to agree with the certificate, as my results vary between 0.9% and 11.9%. Unfortunately, this had to go back since I need a torque wrench accurate at a wider range than just 40-60 in-lbs. (4.51-6.77 Nm). Otherwise I would've just bought a preset 5 Nm torque driver.

A little rough but it works.
Works very well if you're a home gamer. You can hear and feel the click. Fairly easy to read. Worth the $86. Little rough on the Finish around the barrel. But would buy again
