A: There is no minimum quantity. one can put as little as 100 grams.

**Q: What is the maximum quantity of wheat flour which can be kneaded for Bread**
A: Maximum 500gm flour you can knead at a time.

**Q: Where to buy spare blade?**
A: Online i found it...

**Q: Is the blade and bowl dishwasher safe?**
A: I do not have a dishwasher and wash it manually takes a couple of minutes and since bowl is non-stick, there is minimum of cleaning up to do. For me it has been an excellent decision to buy this item. Hope this helps.
