So when I saw this loop pack I ordered it immediately. Without reading the fine print ONLY WORKS WITH DRUMCORE which is another $200. I'm holding onto this hoping to find a discounted Drumcore out there so I can actually use these loops and instrument packs. If you do not own Drumcore 2.5 or higher DO NOT BUY. The kits have some really interesting kick and snare sounds, and the content covers everything from complex polyrhythmic stuff to straight ahead rock made a little quirky by the nature of the kit sounds. The recording is pristine, but in the sense that it perfectly captures the useful weirdness of the kit - not pristine in a slick or overprocessed way.
