Not sure of base material, but appears to have a concrete composite spayed upon it. Colour looks like concrete, decided to repaint Fire Pit in a more appealing colour. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice and toasty *by D***Y on 14 April 2025* Loving my new firepit,puts out a lot of heat. Some things I've noticed that may help potential buyers.There are no assembly instructions included just a link to online instructions that doesn't work. It's pretty self explanatory however. The only thing you need to assemble is the glass. This is awkward because the screws are on the inside and you will need a pretty short Philips screwdriver to have enough space to tighten the screws.The lava rocks are very dusty. Not sure if you're meant to wash them before adding as I didn't have any instructions.The glass seems to be going black in places. I'm assuming this is just soot from the lava rock dust and should wipe clean. I'll test that theory tomorrow.The gas pipe is well coiled up and difficult to straighten. Needs a lot of manipulation. Whatever you do, DO NOT try and soften the pipe over the firepit. My wife tried that and lost her eyebrows. She looked surprised, and still does.Despite these minor issues, it looks amazing and puts out a lot of heat.
