I bought three sets of these, and installed them with the included hardware. The rubber switch covers are a nice addition. The switches work as intended - but I found one in the quantity I bought that was jammed and wouldn't move in either direction. So I removed one star for this. I bought enough to cover that one, and it's only a $1.50 or so loss, so while it's no big deal, I think the manufacturer could have at least verified the switch moves and returns under its spring pressure to center. Naturally I had already installed the switch and soldered to it before I found the issue.
