It's in perfect condition and the packaging was sufficient to withstand some fairly brutal handling by the Postal service. I am totally delighted and expect to order again! Review: fresh okra - The okra wasn't fresh when they arrived. We couldn't use them at all. The shipment date was rather long. I will not be ordering any okra at all. I do beleieve, it's hard to maintain freshiness, with items like this. This has been a expense lesson learn on my part. thank's any way for trying. John Williams

Rotten okra!
I’m sorry to say but the majority of the okra was rotten. I could smell them before I even opened the box. Picture doesn’t show the mush under the good pods, but I didn’t want to even touch them. Took 4 days to ship with no cool pack to attempt to keep okra fresh. Lesson learned. Took a chance with no refund available and now I know better.

Okra is an Excellent a choice for a Keto Diet
I received exactly the amount I ordered of crispy fresh Okra and it was wonderful. I have zero luck finding it where I live. I will definitely get this again off Amazon. It was shipped quickly, packaged well for shipping and a great buy for me in bulk. Frozen okra is mushy and slimy. This was excellent and flavorful more like what I used to get from My Grandmas garden. Not a single piece was unusable.

Don’t order!
I have ordered 4 times. The first order was good and only a few pieces that had turned hard. Thereafter, they were almost all hard and not edible. The last time they didn’t bother to replace or refund. Too expensive and quality bad. Also, if you order check the weight!!!

Okra was so fresh when shipped that after getting delayed in transit it still was fresh
I ordered this right before the bad cold snap that crippled most of the US. So the package that should have taken 3 days to arrive, took 8 days. I thought the okra would be bad, but it was fresh! This means the seller sent out very, very fresh produce. I'll definitely purchase from J&B African Market again.

1/4 was soft and dark not green . Disappointed ( 5 lb) could not salvage.
