Is this a eau de toilette or eau de parfum?

It is not printed on my empty bottle. I am guessing it is NOT eau de parfum as the scent isn’t overwhelming, even after immediate application. I really like it but wish it was longer lasting.

Since this cologne is 100% natural, is it safe to apply directly to the skin?

The REAL version of this cologne, yes. This one sold on Amazon is a complete fake so I don't if it is or isn't safe. I highly suggest NOT purchasing this on Amazon.
