Gyro-Cut Cutting Tool | Stencil Making and Scrapbooking made Smooth

I saw this on YouTube and decided to stick with a better brand for my first time trying a cutter like this. Its so easy to use, but for a newbie I have to go slow. Wow, awesome product. Highly recommend.

This cutting tool is a good value. It's very sharp, but I wouldn't say it is all that easy to use. There's a learning curve, but once you get it, it makes working with this a lot easier. I'm still learning, but I'm glad to have it. It feels like good quality in my hand and I appreciate that.

Needed to go over first cut to ensure cut went through sheet and sticker. Takes practice but works in great detail if cutting slowly.

This tool is awesome. I have used a knock off and it was horrible so I hesitated to try this one. The original is totally different and so easy to use. I feel safe when holding it because it is comfortable and secure to grip. It cuts through the page that’s in a book without cutting the page underneath. As long as you follow the directions ( hold at a 90 degree angle, etc) it cuts smooth. Because I can see where the blade is I can make an accurate cut.

My mother saw this item in FB. And of course the video makes e writhing look so easy. It’s a stupid over priced piece of plastic with a metal blade. It’s difficult to use and cane with very little instruction. It takes extreme patience, effort, and pressure to get the results shown in the video. Would not recommend this item for young children or older people with small weak hands. A total waste of $20 for a craft person. Would be easier to just use a damn pair of scissors. Crap in a plastic package. One ⭐️ is an over statement.

I was disappointed. The movement is jerky, as the blade does not like to turn its direction. The blade is not sharp enough to cut fine paper, either.

My 12 year old daughter uses this tool weekly to make her paper puppets. It has made crafting SO much easier and faster! Definitely a must-have for any paper crafter.

I really like this product it took a lot of practice to get the hang of it but once you do it’s a wonderful little tool. I think it’s important to know you might have to go through a couple of these Guyro Cuts in the learning process as to much pressure makes it snap and break. I returned it and requested another one. Hopefully understanding to much pressure will break it I can be much more gentle with it and make it last. Here is the update the second picture is my second tool I have learned to keep the pressure on the tip of the metal part of the tool and not on the plastic also use a matte that spins and always keep the direction of the tool pulling down towards you instead of turning the tool turn the paper as this keeps the pressure off the plastic part of the tool. I love this thing I’ll be back in 30 days with my final thoughts.

Wow... I was blown away by how easy it is to use! I saw the gyro cutter online and i knew i had to order one for myself. It cuts paper very smoothly. When using this product though i recommend putting something under what you are cutting because sometimes when the blade cuts all the way through it can damage the surface you are working on. Great blade, doesn't dull easily, replaced my pair of scissors! **HIGHLY** recommend.

Amazing little tool that makes cutting out a breeze once you master the technique, which doesn’t take long. Very happy with this purchase and recommend highly.

Purchased for my wife to use for a hobby of hers. The cutter works really well. Her only comment was although you can make rounded cuts, you cannot do one full circle, you need to cut it in half's running the tool one way then the other. This aside she is quite happy with the product.
