Does what I need it to do *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2020* I purchased this mini PC as a replacement for a much larger desktop in order to save space. This product definitely saves space. It is about the size of a Roku device. It functions great so far and is fast enough to handle pretty much all of my basic computing needs. I mainly use it for browsing the internet and work, which includes lots of Excel, Word, and PDF documents. I have not experienced any noticeable lag, even when having more than 30 Chrome tabs open at once.One of the few issues would be the very minimal instructions that came with the product, but this was still no huge problem. The micro SD slot was a little confusing. There were no visual markings to tell you which way the card should be inserted and it goes in a little sideways, so I was hesitant to continue to push the micro SD card in farther. I eventually figured out the correct orientation without causing damage to the mini PC or the micro SD card. FYI, at least for my mini PC, the micro SD card goes in upside down with the little metallic lines on the micro SD card facing the top of the mini PC.The only other thing I noticed was that the headphone jack seems to require a lot of force to make sure it is fully inserted. Again, this wasn't a huge deal for me either because the Bluetooth worked correctly.I'm not much of a gamer, but tried playing several race car games and it played those perfectly.Overall, I'd say this is definitely worth the money. Now I just hope it lasts for a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great small form factor computer *by G***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2020* Plugged it into a 4K monitor, hooked up a keyboard and trackball. Booted right up into Windows 10. Works great right out of the box. I removed the M2 Sata SSD and put in a regular SATA SSD on which I loaded Linux. That too works great. I got this second computer to learn Linux without risking corrupting a Windows operating system. Sometimes one or the other will mess up the boot sectors. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice computer for normal work. There is plenty of RAM and a decent 4 core processor to do everything I do. As well the 4K display output is a big plus. I do not play games on the computer so I have no idea how that might work. ### ⭐ Gave up, it's now running a Cricut for my wife! Bought a Zbox, IT WORKS!!!! 4/26/2021 *by S***B on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2020* I have tried EVERYTHING to get my HP Envy 5530 printer to work with this unit. The printer works with everything else in the house but no this computer. It also has a USB glitch. Not sure what is going on when it happens but the wireless mouse and keyboard just stop working randomly. Sometimes it takes a reboot to get it working again. Both problems may be associated with Windows 10 . It came loaded with 10.Update: printer problem was the Windows 10 firewall! Why in the world would Microsoft set the firewall to block the printer port right out of the box! Sorry, forgot I'm dealing with a MS product! The mouse/keyboard problem has no solution other than spend more time and money to install a wired keyboard and mouse. Beelinks tech support is minimal at best. Other things to note, on boot, you will not see the BIOS splash screen giving you the option keys if you are using a HDMI to VGA adaptor. Tech support didn't know what the key was for BIOS access. Had to figure out the monitor thing my self. When I got that figured out, the BIOS key is "delete". Next problem, the BIOS doesn't have a driver loaded for an wireless USB keyboard/mouse. I had to use a wired keyboard to get to the BIOS. I delete all the MS BS and got Win 10 down to bare bones and the keyboard doesn't lockup anymore, but the mouse is still a problem. The final word from tech support at Beelink was "contact the vendor. Not going to happen, I'll load Ubuntu on it and "BEelink" done with it!!! Buyer be ware!!!!!Update 10/19.2020: The mouse appears to be an interrupt priority problem but thus far have not been able to cure the problem. Contacted tech support they requested my mod/serial numbers and that is where it ended. My 1 star still stands.
