I opted to buy a charger for the battery since it was expensive and I'm only using the battery as a back up while I'm on vacation **Q: Has anyone tried this in camcorder that requires infoLithium battery?** A: No. I have used only for its intended use - Ni-Cd as specified by the camcorder. Typically connectors are designed such that it won't fit infoLi battery. **Q: how long is the battery life?** A: After charging it says ~120 min. I have never used for that long continuously so don't know for sure. Overall it is fine and serves as a spare battery. **Q: Do they work in my sony hdr cx 260v????** A: I don't think so. I have a Sony dcR-sx63 and they didn't work in it. But maybe. I called a battery store they said they have the one I need but it's 30 dollars.
