received for dewalt jacket,has a 5.5x2.1 mm male plug and it would not come close to fitting and was also a usbC end was this a shipping error?

make sure your battery is QC3.0 POWER BANK. SOME POWER BANK WITHOUT QC3.0 FUNCTION but mraked QC3.0 . So you need verify that.
