Author shares his personal experience on weight loss and inspires more into calorie counting and green smoothies. I myself have lost 40 pounds in 6 months with calorie counting. It's short and practical book.

This is a short book, but a fantastic introduction to how to lose weight. Many of these tips I have seen before, like the one about starting your day eating protein (which Tim Ferris talks about), and it makes complete sense. Eating every four hours as well. This short book is probably better than most trendy diets. Great little read!
