It is a great pc very happy. No noise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast Silent Fanless Mini PC *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 November 2020* I ordered the product on 2nd and it arrived on 12th, so 10 days is very fast for a custom configuration. I had speedy interactions with Elana before purchasing the product to ensure I have Dual band WiFi 2.4G/5G, bluetooth enabled by default, M.2 NVME SSD with single partition, 2666Mhz RAM, Win 10 Pro and requested a vesa mount, which Elana provided for free. I had previously read that for UK delivery it is all inclusive and I could see tax was properly paid upfront when I received the product. This faness pc is silent and I have no hdd, only ssd.If I have one crib, it is the RAM. I had requested a 32GB RAM and instead of dual channel 16*2, it was a 32*1 single slot provided. Which means my computer will run slower on single channel, rather than dual channel bandwidth. On the plus side, I have an option of adding another 32 GB, which I am unsure if I will ever need. I wish this was made clear at the start. Still it is quite fast.Update: If the machine always runs at full speed all the time making it hot, then go to Power and Sleep settings - Advanced Power Settings - Change Plan Settings - Change Advanced Power Settings - Processor power management - Change Minimum processor state to 10% and Maximum processor state - Change from 100% to 99% (this is important). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beast of a machine! Plus great customer support. *by M***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 June 2020* I'm UK-based and the item was supposed to take up to 6 weeks to get here, but arrived after about 8 days.I got the 512Gb SSD and 32Gb RAM. It's extremely fast, booting in seconds.Gets quite hot to the touch sometimes but no performance issues.It runs 2 large monitors in full HD no problem - one HDMI to HDMI and the other using the Displayport out from the machine to VGA via an adapter. I had issues using a Displayport to HDMI adapter - the VGA connection offers full HD with no issues.My SSD came partitioned which I wasn't expecting. This is of course soluable if it's not what you want (and of course if your machine arrives this way).The unit is completely silent. There is a blue light inside that you can see if you have the unit at the right angle, making it possible to tell that it's actually switched on if it's sleeping!I needed to communicate with the vendor a couple of times (to confirm monitor setup and ask about partitions), and Elana came back to me on the same working day on all occasions. She is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There were no language barrier issues.For the quality, support, speed of delivery and price, this is a no-brainer.
