You get 2 pairs of whichever color you select. So, “yes” to the former question.

What material are these laces made of?

Wish I could say what the material is made of, but important to note that what ever it is... they are slippery and won't stay tied, after several months of moderate use, they keep coming untied. Otherwise the material of the laces seems to be good and sturdy and they are holding up well, but the ad specifies "Non-Slip" and the one's I received do slip.

Will they work in martens?

I am not certain which boots they will specifically fit. I measured the existing boot string length and ordered based on that length. They are similar to the diameter of a round thick tennis shoe string. They work well with the heavy duty weather boots we have. I hope this helps to some extent.

What size laces would I get for a size 10 Boot shoe

I had to take out my old laces and measure them to ensure I ordered the correct length.
