Bought this in 2024 , easy set up and easy to mount the cameras, I have since added 2 more cameras , they hold a charge well and are easy to take off the mount and charge indoors only takes a few hours to fully charge, im also going to add the eufy doorbell cam and chime, great product 100% recommend.

I so much wanted to like this. It was great. Easy setup, easy everything. Picture was great, everything great. Well, almost everything. Shame you can only put 2 privacy zones on each cam and they have to be 4-sided boxes. You get 3 detection zones on each cam and they have to be 4-sided boxes too so it's not great but it doesn't really matter as the detection zones are ignored by the system anyway. But the major downside - I couldn't connect to the cams when on mobile data. Wifi was perfect but not mobile data. And that's really one of the main points of having security cameras. Eufy customer services were completely useless. Took them 3 days to tell me that this was an unusual problem so had to get the specialists to look into it. Meanwhile a quick google showed me hundreds of people with the same problem going back years and Eufy had not fixed the issue (and some had also been told that their case was unique). The thing is though, it worked fine on my wife's phone, just not mine. Same carrier, different phone makes. From my research it looked to be something to do with phones that have dual sim capability. So either I had to go and buy a new phone just to connect to the cams or return the cams. Sadly I opted for the latter and said goodbye. So whilst I do recommend buying this, just make sure you can connect over mobile data before you start drilling into your house walls. On the positive side, whilst testing the cams, I saw the top of my head and was dismayed to see the progression of my balding was far far worse than I thought so bit the bullet, shaved my head and feel loads better for it.

Purchased the other week and so far I am happy with the experience. Only thing is there’s about 3 seconds delay and despite me selecting ‘humans only’ for detection, it picks up my dogs. The installation is simple, it is WiFi connected so no drilling through the house and the picture is clear. When speaking into the app, it comes across a little distorted through the camera, with delays. I’m not too fussed as the purpose is not to speak through it, but to act as CCTV. The app is simple to navigate, but again, slight delays. You can share across devices, you can even download videos. I have noticed one bar on the battery life has gone down already on one camera, but we are heavily using the garden with the lovely weather, so I keep turning this off whilst at home. I saw another poster mention this too but the battery life stayed like that for another few months without reducing still, so hoping it’s the same. - UPDATE 15/7/25 - having to charge as it was running low - notifications prompted. Overall, decent setup and I would recommend it.

Not failed me once in 5 years , technology has now evolved since then but this product is still great , good after sales too

I have used this kit for a good while now and I am very happy with it (2 camera kit), I will be buying more Eufy stuff now as its such great value and your not tied up with monthly fees. You buy a quality product and you can use it free of charge! thats how it should be! other companies can learn from this one as they get greedy and want their guaranteed income. the picture quality is great and it always sends notifications to my phone when it detects a person. the night-vision is also really good and the built in light is a good bonus as it can ward off potential intruders. all cameras can be controlled from your phone and it connects to your main home box so it doesn't save things on the cloud per se. which i like as i keep all my footage on the main box, it has enough storage to keep alot of days worth of footage. i will be buying the Eufy doorbell now and this can simply be added to the box that comes with these cameras, so its modular in that sense. cant recommend Eufy enough and i also own a couple of their robovacs which out perform a traditional quality hoover and have lasted very well in the last 2 years. great company who make great products and dont ask for a handout every month! if you are fed up of fees and wallet draining products this is the one to go for! buy once and thats it! FANTASTIC!! UPDATE: 25/04/2023 So around 2 years of ownership and no issues so far! pair this with a couple of mini solar panels and you don't ever need to charge them either! No monthly fees either! So good I bought an add on camera. Highly recommded!!!

First thing to mention is just how simple and easy this system is to setup and install. I can honestly say it went like a dream... I bought 4 cameras and the hardest part was waiting for a couple of hours for them to fully charge! Setup is just a few short steps... 1) Install the app on your phone 2) Power on the base, plug the network cable (RJ45) from the base into the back of your router, scan the QR code on the base Within the app 3) follow the “Really Simple” camera additions in the app You literally add the device in the app, place the camera next to the base and press the sync button 4) Update the firmware using the app (one click update) 5) Select which mode you prefer (Better surveillance or better battery life - I went for better surveillance) 6) Charge the battery 🤪 7) Pick where you want to install the camera, use the template to drill two holes and screw in the “Base cap” of the camera mount 8) Screw the camera onto the mount, screw the mount on to the base cap and using the live feed on your phone, position for optimal picture.. Actual installation only took me about an hour for 4 cameras (Charging the batteries aside).. Video feed looks great and the App is really simple, capturing all motion videos per camera.. Still playing around with the app to see the other interesting features for my liking and I’m sure time will tell on the battery life, however really pleased with this setup.. UPDATE - After 39 days, one camera ran out of battery and needs to be re-charged. Yes it’s the busiest camera and after the initial period of use here’s what I’ve found - There’s the good and the bad...The good- Yes it’s easy to setup, yes it’s a good deterrent, yes you can hold a two way conversation live streaming however..... See the stats I’ve posted in the picture, in optimal surveillance mode, the battery only lasted 39 Days and I have to say, it does not capture all events, there has been times when people have walked past and was captured by my other two cameras, however was missed on this one. It seems to miss the recording when the person is only there for a quick moment, as the recording cannot capture quick enough... I believe this is more a problem with the full wireless setup, so if you want full surveillance all the time, skip looking at a wireless setup..

These cameras are brilliant. Good clear picture both day and night. Battery life is good too. Only had to charge one of the cameras once in the2 months they have been up. That particular cameras is extremely busy as it points to the back door which is in constant use. Easy to setup and install.

Hace unos meses que adquirí 2 camaras con el homebase y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta. La imagen me parece suficientemente buena, tanto de dia com de noche. Se activa la luz de la camara si está oscuro, este punto a mi me gusta cuando llego o me voy a oscuras. Integradas con alexa, por lo que si tienes un echo show puedes pedirle que te muestre la imagen por voz Se puede activar que los echo (todos, aunque no tengan camara) avisen por voz cuando se detecta movimiento. La app funciona muy bien, es agil, intuitiva y puedes recibir avisos en el movil cuando se detecta el movimiento. Puedes ver la camara en directo también e incluso activar la luz si es de noche. Se pueden configurar escenas, por ejemplo, si la exterior detecta movimiento que se active la grabación de la camara de dentro durante un tiempo determinado. La configuración e instalación de las camaras es muy sencilla. Esteticamente a mi me gustan, me parecen discretas y no desentonan. Otro aspecto positivo es que no es necesario pagar el cloud y se graba en el homebase. En una terraza tengo una Ring y el dia que se estropee la reemplazare por una de estas. Totalmente satisfecha con la compra

Finalmente dopo un pò di mesi di utilizzo, posso scrivere una recensione abbastanza completa. Ho acquistato questo sistema di videosorveglianza, ad un prezzo molto conveniente in quanto era scontato, e devo dire che sono rimasto più che soddisfatto. Cercavo delle telecamere da mettere a casa, homekit, ma non volevo spendere tanto. Ebbene queste telecamere sono perfette, hanno un sacco di funzioni, ma soprattutto hanno batterie ricaricabili, che durano, se usate anche ogni giorno, circa 6 mesi. Poi con una ricarica di 2/3 ore sono di nuovo pronte per essere utilizzate. Questo kit è andato a sostituire, il kit Arlo che precedentemente, avevo installato. Le funzioni sono tantissime, e sono "customizzabili" a proprio piacimento. Possiamo gestirle da remoto, e possiamo gestire anche il consumo della batteria, in base a come andranno a registrare e in base a come attiveremo le notifiche. Inoltre tra le varie impostazioni, possiamo, settare il tipo di rilevamento dei movimenti e anche alcune zone dette "Privacy", dove la telecamera non registrerà nulla. Completamente compatibili Homekit, ma purtroppo con le tipiche "castrazioni" che mamma Apple impone. Ottima la soluzione della HomeBase, dove all'interno c'è una memoria dove vengono salvati tutti i video registrati, e ha incorporata anche una sirena, che eventualmente suona se rileva movimenti. Naturalmente è possibile escluderla, dalle impostazioni. Ottima la visione notturna con IR, ma c'è anche la possibilità di attivare in manuale o in automatico il potente faretto che ogni videocamera ha, per poter vedere e registrare video di notte a colori. Possiamo anche attivare, ancora, la registrazione H24 su di un NAS, opportunamente configurato. Insomma un sistema veramente completo e senza costi aggiuntivi per quanto riguarda le registrazioni. L'acquisto è uno dei migliori, in campo Homekit e domotica che ho fatto, inoltre Eufy è sinonimo di qualità e di ottima assistenza. Le telecamere e la HomeBase, vengono aggiornate periodicamente in automatico, senza che noi ce ne accorgiamo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo acquisto super consigliato, per chi desidera avere telecamere Homekit, ma non solo, a basso costo e molto semplici da configurare.

Very happy with the ease of use, installation was surprisingly easy. Connected immediately. Even hanging it on a wall there’s a sticker which guides you where to drill the holes. Would have been useful if I saw that sticker before I started drilling. Picture is clear, sound is clear. Many settings and preferences you can setup for the cameras. I also like there a homebase unit which stores all the footage. Battery lasts for 6 months. Just like Nokia 3310 Very happy with my 700dhs+ purchase.
