Ordered the K&N, they have a great reputation and I only want to do the job once. Checked the fuel pressure before I started and it was good. No sign of any issues. Went ahead with the swap. I removed the fuel pump relay and ran the engine to clean out some of the gas in the lines. Replacing the filter wasn’t too difficult, getting the lines back in place was a bit tricky. Started the truck up and checked for leaks, there were none. Went for a test drive and my old truck ran like new. Cruised along at 65 with a little accelerator pressure.
