Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Mud Mask

I am obsessed with this mud mask. After reading about it in an XO Vain article, I purchased it on Amazon and am truly impressed with the results. As others have mentioned, the scent is heavenly. It smells (and feels/acts) like a luxury spa product but is actually very reasonable price-wise. This has really helped me with oil control in the summer. As soon as I get out of the shower, I apply this to still-damp skin and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. After it's dried, I either peel it off or wash my face with warm water - it takes a bit of rubbing (like most face masks) but you're left with glowing, matte skin. I will definitely be purchasing this item again and look forward to checking out other Yes To products.

Cleared my pores out fairly well, nice scent, and didn’t over dry out my skin. I have oily skin and issues with acne into my 20s. This got a lot of junk out of the pores on my nose, and I didn’t feel like my face was a desert after use. It was a little flakey as it dried, but maybe I didn’t apply a think enough layer? Easy to wash off and left my skin feeling smooth!

I always research a product's reviews before making a purchase. When looking for a face mask, I wanted one that was as inexpensive as it was effective; spending upwards of fifty bucks on a face mask seemed a bit ridiculous. I was hopeful when purchasing this product but realistic in my expectations. Honestly, it FAR exceeded them! After only one use, my face was visibly "glowing." It also really tightens the skin; you can feel it pulling as it dries. Since using this mask, I have been comfortable leaving the house without makeup, which is something I usually don't like to do. A tip to get the best results: take a hot, steamy shower and wash your face BEFORE using this mask. It will open your pores up and prepare your face to reap the most benefits from the charcoal. After removing the mask, make sure to use witch hazel or astringent to tone and close your pores back up. Last tip: buy it on Amazon. The price is double in stores.

This brand is hit or miss for my sensitive skin, and this product is a moderate hit with me. It is a bit pricier than I would personally like to pay for, but it is of decent quality and works well for my acne (in addition to my daily face wash, sheet mask, and moisturizer made by different brands). If you have REALLY sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend it because I have moderately sensitive skin and it leaves a slight tingle for the first minute or so after applying but not nearly as bad as their other products.

I'm really very impressed with this. It's my first charcoal mask, so I have little to compare it to, but it isn't my first clay mask. I recently had a cystic breakout that I've been trying to heal up. Lots of careful makeup removal, cleaning, exfoliating, and moisturizing. This has been in rotation along with eeeeverything else, and I have to say, I think this is being hugely helpful. It leaves my skin feeling clean, my red marks are fading quickly, my face is soft and the inflammation is fading fast. I did do a test patch 2-3 times, on my chinline, before using it on my whole face. Doing so is recommend on the label and I recommend it as well. It does contain salicylic acid, while in a very low concentration, some people will react poorly to it. I will absolutely buy this again.

I'm 32 and was looking for a mask to help clear blackheads on my nose. This product is excellent. It does just that, as well as minimizing pores. I use it about once a week. I usually put it on right before I shower, wait the 10 minutes (as directed), then wash it off while I'm showering. It's a very thick, smooth texture, and I usually get some from the tube 3-4 times to cover my face. Since it's quite thick there's a little work to spreading thin, but I do it as not to waste excess product. When spreading thin you'll want to do small amounts at a time so it doesn't gum up on you as it's beginning the drying process. I do a tad thicker on problem areas like the T zone.

Doesn't hurt my skin, doesn't help it. I have sensitive skin with both eczema and acne. I thought this might help with the acne. It definitely doesn't, but nothing does. It does clean my face well. Was just hoping for a little more with the mask. Doesn't smell like anything. Hoped it would at least have a nice smell.
