Fuel Pump Assembly E2237S fits 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 Ford F-150, 2004 F-150 Heritage, 1999 F-250 AP2237S

I installed this E22375 fuel pump assembly on my 2003 Ford F-150 (4.6L V8), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The part arrived quickly and was very well-packaged. It was a direct fit with no modifications needed — dropped right into the tank and hooked up exactly like the OEM part. After installation, my truck fired right up and has been running smooth ever since. Fuel pressure is spot-on, throttle response improved, and I haven’t had a single issue since swapping it out. For the price, this is a solid value. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable replacement pump for your F-150.

First time doing this swap. I will point out I did on '02 Ford F150 with a full tank. After watching a LOT of videos debating whether to drop the tank or remove the bed I opted to remove the bed. 1) my tank was full - ~160 pounds 2) no lift just in my driveway so on my back, cold, wet 3) many of the videos stressed "be careful easy to damage" - no such issue going from top side My bed is held on with (6) Torx T50 bolts, (3) 7mm screws for fuel filler neck, (1) hose clamp to release filler neck from bed, 1 wiring connection (back corner of bed drivers side) and 2 license plate lights (twist unlock) IF you don't hit any snags getting the big bolts out it's a 15 minute job (and I'd recommend 4 people to lift bed to sawhorses or at least silde back on frame. I had 1 rusted bolt that broke the nut plate and I had to drill it out from the top (about 10 minutes) to separate the head from the bolt After loose I used a small brush (plastic not metal) to clean around pump, leaf blower to get loose stuff away and finally wet rag to ensure nothing still stuck. Lastly, unplug pump, remove 8 or so bolts, gently lift out and replace with new pump (don't forget to remove old gasket if didn't come out with pump) start pattern to tighten pump back with 1/4" ratchet, plug back in and test (before you put bed on) If works, repeat process of putting back together in inverse order. I will update after using for a few months but my intermittent starting issue (no fuel at fuel rail) is hopefully behind me - 186k

I installed the Fuel Pump Assembly E2237S last weekend, and I’m very impressed! It fit perfectly and works just like the OEM part, but at a much lower cost. The installation was straightforward, and the pump has been performing flawlessly so far. If anything changes, I’ll be sure to update my review, but for now, I’m really happy with this purchase. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality fuel pump at a great price!

It worked fine

Direct Fit. Great Price. You're gonna need some know how installing this piece with the right tools like fuel disconnect pieces. I found it easiest by removing the truck bed. Others swear about cutting an access panel but I couldn't get to it like that. You can also drop the tank but that is a whole days task. I was able to lift the truck bed and work like that on my neighborhood street because I couldn't move it. Once I installed it the pump worked right away no issue. Good quality
