The header description says 3 x 2.5l pans but further down it says 1.5l each. Which is the the true size of these please

Hi There are 2 sizes to choose from . I got the 1.5l ones which did us well for Christmas lunch for 6 people.

If your dishes are comparable in size with no gaps then yes , but the dish covers may not fit your dishes.

What they use to bwcame warm the food ? Elwcteicity or hot water,steam ?

Put your food in the containers provided and plug it into the mains. Make sure the dial is switched on and be careful as the the hot plate is very hot
