Can anyone tell me the maximum height to the top of the roller when extended?

The maxium height from the top of the stand surface is 16cm (6.25") when the roller is extended upwards or the maxium height from the floor to the top of the roller when it is extended upwards is 97.7cm (38.5").

Can you order a second set of the quick release hands? i have to saws battery and mains so need to have 2 sets?

Not sure, but if you search you may well find them on amazon, but Einhell are very helpful and I'm sure they will supply them.

How far out do the roller arms extend as in a total length from end to end once fully extended

Each end can be extended by approx 31cm and the central and fixed part is approx 101 cm therefore the total length when extended is approx 163cm.
