(for me purchased dry beans online is risky! & need luck! its 50-50 whether am I going to received new beans or old beans? this time I received new beans yippee!πŸ˜„) I don’t have to sort for the rock or any thing from it ! if the bean is fresh you do not need to soak them at all. This is what I do. I clean a whole bag(4 pounds) with a lot of water three times. then I put the whole thing into a very big pot with a lot of water and crank up the heat to the highest until the beans starting to bubbling(mine,15 minutes)after that I stirred them well and turned the heat to medium high and leave it alone for 30 minutes or so with the lid open a little bit after that I opened the lid and stir it well one more time then turn off the heat and cover with the lid tightly, leave it for 2 to 3 hours after that I put them in quart freezer bag divided to portion of 7 bags and let them completely cool, then freeze them for future use, best is three months but will last for six months in the freezer, the beans was creamy delicious! I can’t resist to put two big spoonful right out of freshly cooked beans with no seasoning into my mouth!😁.I do not stock dry beans!! purchase when I need to use them, repurchase when all my freezer cook and ready to use beans is gone.ATTENTION :REMEMBER, ALL NEW FRESH BEANS NEVER NEED TO SOAKED!
