For at home use I expect them to last a very long time. She strap is quite long, easily adjustable, and is soft (compared to some straps that feel very stiff). I prefer the strap to be soft, but I use it lightly. If you put heavy strain on your straps you might prefer a more heavy duty one. One cork block from most places is upwards of $20, so to get two plus the strap for under $30 is a great value.

Great quality product. Didn’t know what to expect. I saw a review that said they were light. That person must never have used the standard foam yoga blocks. These are substantially heavier. And I think that’s a good thing. And another review said the strap was cheap. It’s definitely a nice strap. I was expecting a stiff, rough strap which is definitely cheaper. But this is a nice soft strap that is perfect against the soles of your feet to help with that stretch.
