**Q: How to season?**
A: I didn’t have to season it. It’s very nonstick already.

**Q: Dough recipe for this item?any one have**
A: Make the dough you normally make. But you need to make the loaf 1.5 times larger than you make your average loaf.

**Q: how many pound of bread will this pan make?**
A: I would venture to say that this is a 900 gram dough capacity.  I tried a 2 kg dough and it overflowed and made a mess.  The 900 gram dough should require 480 grams bread flour (100%) or 4 cups at 120 grams per cup.  Then use Baker's percentages for all the ingredients:  1% yeast, 2% salt, 6% sugar, 12% butter.  The liquid should be 66% (50-50 Water/milk is good)  I hope this totals approximately 900 grams.  Good luck.

Never had a loaf stick to this pan at all, using cooking spray on all surfaces works like a charm. Seems well made, lid slides easily, reasonably heavy gauge metal. I am very happy with my sandwich loaves using this wonderful pan. Thanks for selling a great product! Makes a handy bread bin once the bread is done, also.
