I ordered large size. For him, it was a snug and a more tighter fit and would we have to close it almost at the corner of Velcro. We both have a slouchy posture and after work from home begin, this came really handy. However it didn't came with any instructions on how to put it on and for how long to use. We have to open up the order details to find everything. They have everything mentioned over there. For the first few time it will feel weird but then u will get used to it. I wore it for half an hours the first day and increased the time over next days. After a week I noticed that my muscle were developing their own memory and strength to keep my shoulders from slouching. Definitely works in breaking habit but not miracle work to fix things overnight. ### ⭐⭐ Sizing didn't work as indicated in the chart *by F***L on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2020* I ordered this in a small for myself and it fit fine. So I ordered a large size for my husband whose waste is 36" and the belt couldn't close. So either something was wrong with the chart or something wrong with the item sent. Either way, we returned it for him. I kept mine. ### ⭐⭐ Bummed *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2020* I looked at the size chart and measured accordingly, but this is too small. It is the straps they’re supposed to extend from the shoulder and go around the waist; They are far too short.
