Checkered Chef Cooling Racks for Cooking and Baking - Cooling Wire Rack

I cook and bake extensively, all of our meals are eaten at home with food I prepared. I have been in need of some small grid cooling racks that are easy to store, and will prevent fragile cookies from slipping through the cooling rack. This set of 8" x 11 3/4" stainless steel cooling racks has become a workhorse in my kitchen! Everything about them exceeded my expectations. - Incredible quality. Heavy duty stainless steel construction. Durable. They rest firmly on my kitchen counter. Easy to hand wash and dish rack or towel dry. - I recommend getting a smaller quarter sheet size pair as I did. The smaller racks are much easier to store than the larger racks, and the small racks can be laid side by side for extra cooling area when needed. - Pictures attached of homemade sourdough sandwich loaf breads, and peach coffee cake made using the cooling racks. The price is a terrific value. These racks are incredibly versatile for use and will last a long, long time. I highly recommend this product.

I grew up within the food service business and used these racks many times. Racks fit sheet pans very nicely. I wash them promptly after using them. It makes cleanup easier and helps them last forever. America's Test Kitchen gave this a high rating and I agree. I have also baked a rectangular pizza on it. The underside of crust was perfect.

This baking and cooling rack fits snugly in my sheet pans so it doesn’t slide around. It was easy to clean and seems quite sturdy.

They're ok for small bakery products, but not larger ones. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the measurements.

These racks were very good quality, especially for the money. They were sturdy and well made. They were easy to clean and allowed the baked goods to just slide off with ease. Can be used as a cooling rack for baked goods and also on a flat baking sheet in the oven. Would purchase again.

Perfect size and well-made, these were immediately put into use both for baking and cooling. So far they are perfect! They clean up well too!

This rack has held up very well. No rust. Sturdy.

I bought these for acrylic pouring projects. They are sturdy and fabulous to use. Makes moving those pours easier.

These are great little cooling racks, they are a little smaller than I expected but that’s my fault as I’m sure there were measurements available. I love that they are stainless steel so won’t rust and can put them in the dishwasher without any problem. Happy with my purchase, now just need to find a couple a bit bigger too.

Product is good but it mentions it will fit 18"×13" oven which is wrong it is small for 18" x 13" oven. The size of this tray is 17x 11 3/4 inch as it mentions. But for me no use🙄

These are built to last. I was very impressed with the build quality. They both sat perfectly level right out of the package. I used them in the oven to cook a few items because they allowed good airflow. They are also fairly easy to wash.

C'est suite à l'émission America Test Kitchen que j'ai acheté cette grille pour ma conjointe. Cette grille va très bien dans la plaque à biscuits avec bords relevés "half sheet" Un très bon achat que je recommande.
