First off I want every one to know that this flute is first class. Even if the price is not that much. I ordered this flute on March 4th and received it on March 8th. The other reviewer stated it took for ever to get this flute. The case is very nice, when you open the case you will find that the flute is well wrapped in paper and plastic. You get an adjustment tool which is a small screwdriver plus it comes with some joint grease. Out of all of the flutes I have bought, this was a first for me. Once I got it all unwrapped, I put it together and started to play it. I have to tell you that this flute has a sweet sound for not costing that much. The other plus is this is an open hole flute. I bought one from another company 3 years ago, and I hate it. But I love this flute, it will last for years. I have been playing flute for years. But I'm retired now and I can not afford to spend much on these type of things. I thank the company for such a good product. Yes I will by again from this company. And for those of you who will say that I work for the company I don't.
