Are the skirts different depending on the color?? Skirt shown in "Pewter frost" is fitted at the waist while the shirt shown for "mink" is flowing??

Pewter frost skirt is made of stretch jersey while the mink is made with a chiffon so the mink will be a little more flowy since the chiffon is lighter material.

The pewter looks like it has a tinge of light purple/lavender. Is this correct or is it grey?

The color is definitely grey. There is no purple/lavender. Dress is very comfortable.
