I only steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute per reading the reviews, I also drink it at night before bed around 9ish and also try to drink a big cup of water. When I wake up in the morning I always have a nice bowel movement and I'm not continuing to run to the bathroom all day long. Sometimes I may have to go 1 or so more times but it's nothing insane. I have always had issues staying regular and nothing had really helped. This tea makes me feel like im cleaning everything out of my system without any crazy pain or discomfort.

A: Twice a week, you shouldn’t drink it everyday it can mess up your stomach.

**Q: How long does it take to kick in?**
A: It kicks in 10-15 min. As a precaution do not steep anymore than 1 min. If you do you will have stomach cramps. The box says don't steep longer than 2 min. Just 1 minute. This stuff is pretty potent.

**Q: Is this really works for weightloss? Any side effects?**
A: yes it can be used for weight loss. You have to start slow doses like diluting the first days. I had taken the tea before going to bed.

**Q: What is the difference between Super and Extra Strength?**
A: I honestly didn't notice a difference. It's all in how long you allow the tea to steep. Its a good laxative tea with minimal griping. I took it before bed so that I would sleep through any potential cramps. Please know that Yogi's "get regular" tea has the same effects as this. It's at your local supermarket.
